Dumb things people do in photos.

Sure it makes us look a lil’ bit more interesting.
…But can’t we just smile like normal human beings?
Or better yet, to do it in extreme moderation at least?

SEX HAIR!…without the sex. :))
Bored since I can’t sleep. So I thought of whoring around in front of the camera. LOL. My hair was tied up with a chopstick ever since the afternoon, so when I took it off, as per usual it would look wavy and shit.

SEX HAIR!
…without the sex. :))

Bored since I can’t sleep. So I thought of whoring around in front of the camera. LOL. My hair was tied up with a chopstick ever since the afternoon, so when I took it off, as per usual it would look wavy and shit.

Just arrived home from PICC! DLSU’s 161st Commencement Exercises!Aaaaand, I’m just so excited because now, I’m officially a graduate and an almuni of DLSU! (DUH! LOL) …and unfortunately, officially unemployed. :))
I’m very happy because this day marks another ‘milestone’ that I’ve achieved not only for myself but for my family as well.
I lost my ID though. WOW. Just wow. Of all times. But. All I know was that it was supposed to be in my bag. Fortunately, I still have my old I.D.—which I thought I’ve lost and had to suffer an offense for it. But at least I have a memento from my university days.
No camera. Sucks. HAHA! I mean we have a camera but it takes blurry shots (lol what even) and we have no other choice but to use it because I just lost my trusty ol’ camera. (I keep on losing things recently, eh?) Anyhow, all I’m hoping is that my friends took decent pictures of me and my parents. :))
Those doctorate togas are badass. B A D A S S. Ugh. I fuckin’ want one.
Fell asleep at some point. LOL. Same old, same old, me.
Alma Mater Hymn. Made me totally feel that I really was leaving DLSU, and that the harsh life was quickly ushering me in into its gates. (Nooooooo…)
I thought I was going to cry when my parents hugged me and gave me my graduation gift and all, but thank God I didn’t! …well it’s nice to cry right, but my reason for crying was a whole different one and I won’t bother explaining. Maybe next time, lol.
Mesa lunch @ Greenbelt! I footed the bill because I wanted to. HAHA! I know it’s usually the other way around but I wanted to do this for them. ;>
Totally feeling the full-on pressure of finding a job. ASAP. This is nerve-wracking, bro.
I thank God, above all, for helping me come through and for helping me make it this far. Looking back, I really am LUCKY that I landed into one of the most prestigious schools here in our country. I am even MORE lucky for having met people, friends, professors and acquaintances in, out, and through DLSU who gave me some of the most memorable experiences and countless learnings in my life.
There surely were a LOT of rough patches on my way to where I am now. The 4 years that I’ve spent in and out of DLSU was no joke, BUT I wouldn’t want to UNDO any of those because it shaped up who I am today.
I may be bruised, beaten, tainted, wounded, and torn through all the battles that I’ve fought head-on, win or lose.. but here I stand, still one and whole and stronger like no other. And I am incredibly proud of this because I do know for myself that getting roughed up is a whole lot better than to emerge as undamaged and crude from a life’s ordeal with obviously nothing—not even a single wisdom—in your unmoved soul.
…I think at one point in there, I rhymed, right? LMAO.
Anyhoo, congratulations to my batchmates! WE MADE IT! :)*throws confetti* ANIMO LA SALLE!!

Anyway, I’ve just arrived home after a bit of shopping at Greenhills and I also dropped by at Fully-Booked and holy **** they still don’t have a hardbound copy of Mockingjay! I’m just itching to start reading it so that I could put an end to my Hunger Games anticipation because clearly, Catching Fire was a cliffhanger.
I look like such a geek here, BTW. HUR HUR. :))

ME! LOL. I’m feeling bored, waiting for 2:30 to come so I could go to this certain job interview… So there, I took a picture of myself—I mean, my nails! :))
Just because… I absolutely looooooooooove the color. It’s not that disgusting shade of pink—don’t let the blasted low-Q picture fool you. It’s Orly nail polish, Blushing Bud!
…Actually I’m unsure if it’s the Blushing Bud. But anyway. :))
SIDE NOTE: IT’S STILL SO FREAKIN’ HOT HERE IN THE PHILIPPINES! IT’S RIDICULOUS!

Hey guys! Look! My order from Cebu finally arrived! A khaki slouchy beanie made by Nicole! Check her out here: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Neekul-Beanies/157573027611624
I stumbled upon Nicole’s work when I happened to saw a friend post about her giveaway contest. I’m not the kind of lucky person who wins at contests—lol just look at all the contests I’ve been joining and failing!—so, I ordered instead from her! And was it worth the wait! :)
The beanie is of quality (*thumbs up*) and it’s custom made too, by Nicole! You can also order with your preferred color/s! I’m still not that adventurous in this color-mix-thing (not a colorful person here) so I settled for the khaki one; but who knows? I might order one soon! ‘CAUSE I JUST LOVE THIS BEANIE! And most especially since Nicole herself was a very nice and accommodating seller ;)
Interested? Check her out, ‘kay?Once again the link: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Neekul-Beanies/157573027611624

I just bought new glasses!

After two years (I guess?) of constantly wearing contact lenses, I have now reverted to wearing glasses! …Only when I’m at school but not when going out. LOL.

I want to look like an intellectual bitch. Or geek. Or whatever.

Kidding. But I just want my eyes to rest especially since… I think my wearing of contact lenses up to the wee hours of the night *studying* has now made my eyesight a 250 or a -2.50… when before I was a -2.25.

Small difference, yes. But it scares me.

I bet this is the aftermath of my toxic thesis days.

Boo.

LOL. MY FACE.

August 26Time Check: 1:15AM
YEP! Still awake. Have some papers to do. -sigh- (And yes, I know I should be doing it instead of taking this webcam pic, buuuuuut! I’m taking a break, okay? HAHA)
Now that’s how I usually look like during the wee hours of the night. Looks murderous, huh? :)) I always put my hair up or use a headband to keep the bangs off… I didn’t took a picture of me with my headband on ‘cause I really don’t like my big forehead to be seen. *cough*vanity*cough*
Oh well. I just want to get this term over with. I want a break! :))
