La vie en rose means something like “Life in rosy hues”. The music was written in or before 1946 by Louis Gugliemi while the lyrics were composed by Édith Piaf who also sang this song originally.
However, I find myself loving Louis Armstrong’s version better mainly because of his voice and ability with the trumpet! :)) Aaaand no, this is not an intrumental, Luis starts singing by 1:33.
